Funeral of E. C. McEvoy

Deep regret of many friends was manifest this morning at the funeral of Edward Celestine McEvoy, widely known farmer of Osgoode, who died Saturday at the home of his sister, Miss Catharine McEvoy, 479 Cooper street.
The funeral was held from McEvoy Bros. funeral home, MacLaren street to St. Patrick's Church, where Rev. Father Leo Blanchfleid chanted requiem mass. The body was taken to Notre Dame cemetery, to remain until spring, when interment will be made at Osgoode.
Mr. McEvoy's sister was the chief mourner. A brother, Austin McEvoy, lives at Grand Prairie. Alta.
